In countless industries, the general public rarely gets to see the preparation, the hard work, the communication, and most importantly – the people – who are pulling the strings behind the scenes. With the Cactus Club Cafe, we were invited to spend an entire day discovering what makes them such well-oiled machines. This meant showing up well before dawn to document all the unseen detail and effort that goes on throughout an entire day at Cactus. The finished product, from our end and theirs, is something that takes hours of dedication yet should be devoured in minutes.
