Remixing the classics.
Sure, human stories are great, but what about a cross-country venture where one dog seeks to reunite with her lost puppy? For this nationally-aired commercial for FCL, we enlisted the services of canine talent and trainers, as well as utilized the theme song from “The Littlest Hobo”, a near Canadian anthem, which brings a familiar charm and nostalgia to the ad. The feedback we received for this project was overwhelming. A common sentiment we received: this was an ad that made you stop whatever you were doing, and when it was over, it made you want to watch it again. For us, there’s no better compliment.
This was one of our first big projects during Covid. People were understandably cautious, but keeping everyone safe was a top priority. It felt like getting the family back together again.
