Art is in the details.

To launch this new menu item we drew from the spirit behind the creation of this dish, and then focused all our attention on the beauty of the ingredients. The art of this dish is evident through the attention to detail that went into the development of the poke bowl, and that goes into the consistent execution needed to delight the guest.

CREDITS

This shoot was all about the details, both in front and behind the camera. Clean, elegant, pristine. We made sure to match the level of perfection from the chefs in the Cactus kitchen.
