It’s important for ads like this to appeal to the senses. We needed to impart how a good cup of coffee looks, how it sounds, and the feeling of comfort it brings. The right combination of audio and visuals should make your mouth water. And FCL aimed to communicate the idea that coffee, imported from countries across the globe, and roasted here in Canada, is a unifying product and experience that connects us all.
Coffee is a universal language, so we had to create images that felt fresh, yet familiar. Collaborating with FCL, often over coffee, we created something I think everyone will relate to.
