Jessica Gares is a highly organized leader with a proven track record of managing moving parts under pressure. We have worked closely with her on several of our feature film productions and have seen first hand her ability to navigate large crews and complex logistics while maintaining clear communication and expectations. It is this specific experience, and our history of successful collaboration, that gives us total confidence in her ability to facilitate FCL projects. She combines the agility of an independent filmmaker with the meticulous organization required for enterprise- scale commercial coordination.

Jessica is also an accomplished film and theatre producer with over a decade of experience managing complex creative projects across Canada and Europe. A graduate of Vancouver Film School, Jessica’s career has seen her leading original productions in major creative hubs, including her most recent international work assistant directing for the Orange Theatre Company in Amsterdam. Jessica has worked extensively across every department of film production, from directing and writing to the technical logistics of sound and grip work. This understanding of production gives her a unique advantage in managing timelines and crew expectations with precision. Most recently, she has pivoted her focus to the commercial sector, managing large- scale campaigns for major Saskatchewan-based clients.
